Easy Chimichurri

This easy Argentinian chimichurri comes together in a matter of minutes. It's the perfect topping for steak and other grilled meats.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch parsley chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Chop 1 bunch parsley leaves (it should yield about 1 cup when chopped) and add to a bowl. You can also add in some chopped parsley stems if you'd like.
  • Mince 4 cloves garlic and add to the same bowl as parsley.
  • Add 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, and 1 tsp salt and mix together.
  • Taste to see if it needs anymore salt.
  • Serve in a bowl with a spoon for serving or top grilled meats like steak with it.
